We recently delivered a workshop with the very welcoming and talented team at the Saïd Business School at Oxford University. The team of chefs already deliver some amazing plant based dishes across their retail and events menu and were keen to develop this further.
The team were very engaged and curious from the start and wowed us with their work in the kitchen. The dishes they produced were filled with depth of flavour, interesting texture and nutritionally balanced. Thank you for making it such a special day and we look forward to seeing what they do next!
