Oxford Brookes University is lucky enough to have an amazing dining experience on site in the form of their Brookes restaurant. This is run by a small team are very experienced and talented chefs, with the facilities also available for those studying hospitality and management at Oxford Brookes. The team were very engaged and excited to experiment with plant based food and over the two cooking sessions created some simply stunning dishes for us all to share.
