The Forward Food team were excited to have the opportunity to work with Sodexo who partner with nearly 30 Universities in the UK and Ireland. The team onsite at City University who hosted the recent Forward Food workshop made us feel very welcome and were excited to explore plant based cuisine further. It was great to hear from the chefs about the increasing demand they are seeing for plant based foods and the array of plant based options they provide to their customers. The chefs were keen to discuss ideas, experiment with different ingredients and they created an array of delicious plant based dishes.
