The UK Forward Food team were delighted to finally visit Rippon College a historic theological college set in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Their team of talented chefs made is feel very welcome as we have originally been scheduled to deliver this workshop in 2020 an sadly COVID restrictions delayed this until January 2022!
The team set to work with Forward Food culinary lead Jenny Chandler who shared the 4 toolkits for creating delicious plant based meal for everyone to enjoy. There was a strong focus on plant based nutrition and creating dishes that deliver a whole food planted based menu to boost health and tantalise the taste buds.
The result was some delicious dishes to wow their customers and positively impact the planet.
